Oyster Bay Cdp, Nassau County, New York is a census designated place located in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. Oyster Bay Cdp had an official population of 6826 in 2000. It is the 264th most populous in the U.S. state of New York. Its area is just over 1.61 sq mi (4.17 kmē), of which, 1.23 square miles (3.19 kmē) of it is land and 0.38 square miles (0.98 kmē) of it is water, making it the 618th largest by size in New York.
