Oxford Village is a city in the Marquette County, Wisconsin, United States. The city has a population of 536 as per the 2000 census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 533, making it the 150th least populous in Wisconsin. The city comprises an area of 1.03 sq mi (2.67 kmē), of which, 1 square miles (2.59 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 138th smallest by total area among Wisconsin.
