Owyhee Cdp is a census designated place located in the Elko County, Nevada, United States. The census designated place has a population of 1017 as per the 2000 census data. It is 15th least populous in Nevada. The census designated place comprises an area of 225.46 square miles (583.94 sq km), of which, 224.3 square miles (580.93 sq km) of it is land and 1.16 square miles (3 sq km) of it is water, making it Nevada's second largest by total area. It is ranks seventh in the size of its inland waterways in Nevada.
