Owingsville City, Bath County, Kentucky is a city located in the Southern Region (East South Central) of United States. The city has a population of 1488 as per the 2000 census data. The city spans an area of 2.18 square miles (5.65 kmē), it is the 174th largest by area in the U.S. state of Kentucky.
