Owen City, Clark County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 936. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 890, making it Wisconsin's 385th largest. It has total area of 1.86 sq mi (4.82 kmē), of which, 1.83 square miles (4.74 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, making it the 336th largest by size in Wisconsin.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 936 people, 76 households, and 48 families residing in the city. The population density was 510.9 people per square mile (197.26/kmē), it is 187th least densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 455 housing units at an average density of 248.6 per square mile (95.98/kmē). The average household size was 2.27 persons, and the average family size was 2.84 persons. Age range in the city was well distributed with 23.3% under the age of 18, 9.1% from 18 to 24, 23.9% from 25 to 44, 20.6% from 45 to 64, and 23.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 90.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 86.5 males.
