Owego Village is a United States city located in the Tioga County, New York, United States. In 2000, city's population was 3911 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 3708, giving it the 400th largest population among New York. The city encompasses an area of 2.71 square miles (7.02 sq km ), of which, 2.5 square miles (6.47 sq km) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 sq km) of it is water, it is the 413th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.

As of the census of 2000, there were 3911 residents, 1664 households, and 979 families in the city.
