Overland Park City is a United States city located in the Johnson County, Kansas, United States. It is home to over 149080 people (2000 census). The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 171231, It is second most populous in Kansas. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 56.85 mi˛ (147.24 sq km), of which, 56.75 square miles (146.98 sq km) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 sq km) of it is water, making it Kansas's fourth largest by total area.
