Ouzinkie City is a city in the Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, United States. In 2000, city's population was 225 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 204, It is 177th most populous in Alaska. The city extends throughout a territory of 7.68 square miles (19.89 kmē ), of which, 6.03 square miles (15.62 kmē) of it is land and 1.65 square miles (4.27 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 93rd smallest by total area among Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 225 people in the city, organized into 74 households, and 56 families living in the city. The population density was 37.3 people per square mile (14.4/kmē), it is Alaska's 117th most densely populated city. There were 86 housing units at an average density of 14.3 per square mile (5.52/kmē). The average household size was 3.04 and the average family size was 3.52. In the city the population was distributed as follows: 36.4% under the age of 18, 6.7% from 18 to 24, 20.4% from 25 to 44, 27.6% from 45 to 64, and 8.9% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 84.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 90.7 males. The median age of the city's population was 32.8 years, the median age of male residents at 36.2 and the median age of female residents at 32.3. The racial makeup of the city was 25 White, Black or African American, 182 American Indian, Asian, Native Hawaiian, 18 from two or more races and Ohter races.
