Osyka Town is a town in the Pike County, Mississippi, United States. As of 2000 the population was 481. In July 2008, its estimated population was 496, making it Mississippi's 82nd smallest. It covers total area of 1.04 mi˛ (2.69 sq km), of which, 1.03 square miles (2.67 sq km) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 sq km) of it is water, it is the 81st smallest in terms of geographical size.
