Osseo City, Trempealeau County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. The population of the city was 1669 as per the 2000 census data. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 1629, It is the 269th largest by population in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. The city encompasses an area of 2.08 square miles (5.39 square kilometre ), of which, 2.06 square miles (5.34 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Wisconsin's 314th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1669 people, 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 809.5 people per square mile (312.55/kmē), it is the 309th most populated city in terms of population density. There were 761 housing units at an average density of 369.4 per square mile (142.63/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.25 persons, and the average family size was 2.84 persons. In the city Age distribution was 23.9% under the age of 18, 7.8% from 18 to 24, 26.5% from 25 to 44, 18.7% from 45 to 64, and 23.1% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 87.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 82.2 males.
