Oskaloosa City, Mahaska County, Iowa is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. The city has a population of 10938 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 11069, giving it the 30th largest population among Iowa. Its area is just over 6.88 square miles (17.82 kmē), of which, 6.86 square miles (17.77 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 45th largest by total area among Iowa.
