Osceola City is a city in the Clarke County, Iowa, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 4659 as per the Census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 4714, It is 81st most populous in Iowa. The city spans an area of 6.04 sq mi (15.64 sq km), of which, 5.84 square miles (15.13 sq km) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 sq km) of it is water, making it the 55th largest by size in Iowa.
