Osceola City is a city located in Mississippi County, Arkansas, in the Southern Region (West South Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 8875. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 7914, making it the 40th most populous in Arkansas. The city spans an area of 7.81 sq mi (20.23 kmē), makes it the 60th largest by total area in Arkansas.
