Osage County is a United States county located in the United States of Missouri. The population of the county was 13062 as per the 2000 census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 13465, It is the 75th largest in terms of population. The county has a total area of 613.41 sq mi (1588.72 kmē), of which, 606.11 square miles (1569.82 kmē) of it is land and 7.3 square miles (18.91 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 54th largest by total area among Missouri's county.
