Osage Beach City is a United States city located in the Camden and Miller counties, Missouri, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3662 inhabitants. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 4720, making it Missouri's 173rd largest. It covers total area of 10.11 mi˛ (26.18 square kilometre), of which, 9.4 square miles (24.35 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.71 square miles (1.84 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Missouri's 52nd largest by total area. It is ranks 17 in the size of its inland waterways in Missouri.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 3662 people, 1687 households, and 1036 families living in the city. The population density was 389.8 people per square mile (150.5/km˛), it is 165th least densely populated city in Missouri. There were 4055 housing units at an average density of 431.4 per square mile (166.56/km˛). The average household size was 2.09 persons, and the average family size was 2.58 persons. In the city the population was spread out, with 16% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 26.9% from 25 to 44, 29.3% from 45 to 64, and 20.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 96.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 94.9 males. The median age is 44.8 years, the median age of male residents at 42.5 and the median age of female residents at 47.1. The racial makeup of the city was 3565 White, 28 Black or African American, 15 American Indian, 18 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 30 from two or more races and 6 Ohter races.
