Oro Valley Town is a town located in the Pima County, Arizona, United States. The population of the town was 29700 as per the 2000 census data. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 43465, It is the 22nd most populous in the U.S. state of Arizona. It is spread over 31.93 sq mi (82.7 square kilometre), of which, 31.83 square miles (82.44 square kilometre ) of it is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 square kilometre) of it is water, making it Arizona's 46th largest by total area.

The population density was 933.1 people per square mile (360.27/kmē), it is 41st most densely populated town in Arizona.
