Oriental Town, North Carolina is a town of the Pamlico County, North Carolina, United States. The town has a population of 875 as per the 2000 census data. In July 2008, its estimated population was 815, giving it the 413th largest population among North Carolina. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.37 sq mi (3.55 sq km), of which, 1.15 square miles (2.98 sq km) of it is land and 0.23 square miles (0.6 sq km) of it is water, it is the 199th smallest by area in the U.S. state of North Carolina.
