Orem City is a United States city located in the Utah County, Utah, United States. In 2000, the population was 84324. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 93250, It is the fifth largest by population in the U.S. state of Utah. The city encompasses an area of 18.44 mi˛ (47.76 sq km), giving it the 30th largest by total area among Utah.

As of the census of 2000, there were 84324 people, 23382 households, and 19085 families living in the city. The population density was 4572.6 people per square mile (1765.49/km˛), making it the tenth most densely populated city in Utah. There were 24166 housing units at an average density of 1310.5 per square mile (505.99/km˛). The average household size was 3.57 and the average family size was 3.93.
