Oregon County, Missouri is a county located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. Oregon County had an official population of 10344 in 2000. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 10264, It is Missouri's 32nd least populous county. The county encompasses an area of 791.59 mi˛ (2050.21 square kilometre ), of which, 791.4 square miles (2049.72 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.18 square miles (0.47 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 14th largest by area in the U.S. state of Missouri.
