Orchard Hills Cdp is a census designated place located in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, in the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. It is home to over 2152 people (2000 census). It is the 594th most populous in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. It covers total area of 3.94 square miles (10.2 kmē), of which, 3.92 square miles (10.15 kmē) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 kmē) of it is water, making it the 152nd largest by size in Pennsylvania.
