Oradell Borough is a borough located in the Bergen County, New Jersey, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 8047 inhabitants. In July 2008, its estimated population was 7780, It is the 204th largest by population in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The borough comprises an area of 2.55 sq mi (6.6 kmē), of which, 2.42 square miles (6.27 kmē) of it is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 kmē) of it is water, making it New Jersey's 240th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 8047 residents, 457 households, and 284 families in the borough. The population density was 3319 people per square mile (1281.47/kmē), giving it the 214th most densely populated borough among the New Jersey. There were 2833 housing units at an average density of 1170.7 per square mile (452.01/kmē). It has an average household size was 2.83 persons, and the average family size was 3.17 persons.
