Omro City is a United States city located in the Winnebago County, Wisconsin, United States. Omro City had an official population of 3177 in 2000. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 3419, It is the 177th largest in terms of population. The city comprises an area of 2.36 mi˛ (6.11 sq km), of which, 2.24 square miles (5.8 sq km) of it is land and 0.12 square miles (0.31 sq km) of it is water, it is the 282nd largest in terms of geographical size.
