Omer City, Arenac County, Michigan is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 337. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the city is 297, giving it the 50th smallest population among Michigan. The city has a total area of 1.24 miē (3.21 kmē), making it Michigan's 417th largest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 337 people in the city, organized into 143 households, and 99 families residing in the city.
