Olivet Cdp is one of the census designated place of Salem County, New Jersey, located towards the Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1420. It is New Jersey's 56th smallest by population . It covers total area of 2.69 mi˛ (6.97 square kilometre), of which, 2.49 square miles (6.45 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.2 square miles (0.52 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 227th largest by area in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
