Okfuskee County is a United States county located in the United States of Oklahoma. The population of county in 2000 stood at 11814 as per the Census data. The July 2008 population estimate is 11172, It is Oklahoma's 23rd least populous county. The county comprises an area of 628.91 square miles (1628.87 square kilometre), of which, 624.76 square miles (1618.12 square kilometre) of it is land and 4.15 square miles (10.75 square kilometre) of it is water, making it the 16th smallest by size in Oklahoma.

In the Okfuskee County, 24.6% of the population was under the age of 18, 8.2% were 18 to 24, 26.7% were 25 to 44, 24.2% were 45 to 64, and 16.3% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 106.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 107.9 males. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 11172, The racial or ethnic makeup of the county was 65.3% White, 9.98% Black or African American, 18.67% American Indian, 0.08% Asian, 0% Native Hawaiian, and 5.97% from two or more races.
