Oil City Town, Louisiana is a town of the Caddo Parish, Louisiana, United States. It is home to over 1219 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1192, making it the 242nd most populous in Louisiana. It covers total area of 1.86 sq mi (4.82 square kilometre), of which, 1.79 square miles (4.64 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.06 square miles (0.16 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 124th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Louisiana.
