Ohioville Borough is a one of the Beaver County, Pennsylvania, located in Northeastern Region (Mid-Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, borough has a population of 3759 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 3614, It is Pennsylvania's 374th largest by population . It covers total area of 23.7 sq mi (61.38 kmē), of which, 23.36 square miles (60.5 kmē) of it is land and 0.34 square miles (0.88 kmē) of it is water, making it the 12th largest by size in Pennsylvania.

In the borough the population was spread out, with 25% under the age of 18, 6.7% from 18 to 24, 27.5% from 25 to 44, 26.3% from 45 to 64, and 14.5% who were 65 or older. For every 100 females there were 97.1 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.4 males. The median age was 40 years, The median age of males was 39.5 years, for females the median age was 40.5 years. The racial makeup of the borough was 3652 White, 75 Black or African American, 1 American Indian, 3 Asian, Native Hawaiian, 19 from two or more races and 9 Ohter races.
