Ohio County is a county located in the United States of Indiana. It is home to over 5623 people (2000 census). As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 5773, It is the least populous county in the U.S. state of Indiana. The county has a total area of 87.47 square miles (226.55 kmē), of which, 86.72 square miles (224.6 kmē) of it is land and 0.75 square miles (1.94 kmē) of it is water, making it the smallest by size in Indiana.
