Oconto Falls City, Wisconsin is a city of the Oconto County, Wisconsin, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 2843 inhabitants. The July 2008 population estimate is 2607, making it Wisconsin's 188th largest. The city comprises an area of 2.91 miē (7.54 kmē), of which, 2.69 square miles (6.97 kmē) of it is land and 0.22 square miles (0.57 kmē) of it is water, it is the 235th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 2843 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families residing in the city.
