Ocoee City is a one of the Orange County, Florida, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As per the 2000 census, city has a population of 24391 inhabitants. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 32290, It is 108th most populous in Florida. The city has a total area of 14.05 square miles (36.39 kmē), of which, 13.23 square miles (34.27 kmē) of it is land and 0.82 square miles (2.12 kmē) of it is water, it is the 134th largest in terms of geographical size.

As of the census of 2000, there were 24391 people, 8072 households, and 6554 families living in the city.
