Oceanside Cdp is a census designated place located in the Nassau County, New York, United States. As of 2000 the population was 32733. It is the 34th largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 5.42 mi˛ (14.04 square kilometre), of which, 5.02 square miles (13 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.4 square miles (1.04 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 175th largest by area in the U.S. state of New York.
