Ocean Ridge Town is a town located in Palm Beach County, Florida, in the Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 1636. As of July 2008, the estimated population was 1639, It is the 224th smallest in terms of population. It covers total area of 2 square miles (5.18 kmē), of which, 0.86 square miles (2.23 kmē) of it is land and 1.14 square miles (2.95 kmē) of it is water, making it Florida's 293rd smallest by total area.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1636 people in the town, organized into 875 households, and 494 families living in the town. The population density was 1909.6 people per square mile (737.3/kmē), making its Florida's 396th most densely populated town.
