Ocean Gate Borough is a borough located in the Ocean County, New Jersey, United States. In 2000, the population was 2076. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 2136, It is the 96th smallest in terms of population. It is spread over 0.44 square miles (1.14 sq km), it is the 18th smallest in terms of geographical size.
