Occoquan Town is a United States town located in the Prince William County, Virginia, United States. In 2000, town's population was 759 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 816, It is the 94th least populous in the U.S. state of Virginia. The town has a total area of 0.19 miē (0.49 kmē), of which, 0.16 square miles (0.41 kmē) of it is land and 0.03 square miles (0.08 kmē) of it is water, making it Virginia's tenth smallest by total area.

According to 2000 Census Bureau, there were 759 people, 418 households, and 187 families living in the town. The population density was 4868.7 people per square mile (1879.82/kmē), making it the 17th most densely populated town in Virginia.
