Oaks Town is a town in the Delaware and Cherokee counties, Oklahoma, United States. In 2000, town's population was 412 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 367, It is the 386th largest by population in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. The town comprises an area of 1.61 sq mi (4.17 sq km), makes it the 314th largest by total area in Oklahoma.
