Oak Ridge Town is a one of the Guilford County, North Carolina, located in Southern Region (South Atlantic) of United States. Oak Ridge Town had an official population of 3988 in 2000. According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 4587, It is 156th most populous in North Carolina. The town extends throughout a territory of 14.71 square miles (38.1 square kilometre ), of which, 14.67 square miles (38 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, makes it the 56th largest by total area in North Carolina.
