Oak Hill Village is a city in the Jackson County, Ohio, United States. In 2000, the population was 1685. It has an estimated population (as of July 2008) of 1613, making it Ohio's 516th largest. The city comprises an area of 1.14 mi˛ (2.95 sq km), making it Ohio's 558th largest by total area.
