Oak Harbor City is a United States city located in the Island County, Washington, United States. The population of city in 2000 stood at 19795 as per the Census data. As of July 2008, the estimated population of the city is 22744, making it Washington's 55th largest. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 9.14 sq mi (23.67 square kilometre), of which, 9.1 square miles (23.57 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.1 square kilometre) of it is water, giving it the 98th largest by total area among Washington.

As of the census of 2000, there were 19795 people, 7333 households, and 5262 families living in the city.
