According to July 2008 Census Bureau estimates, the population of the town is 820, It is the 244th largest in terms of population. Its area is just over 3.05 square miles (7.9 kmē), of which, 3.04 square miles (7.87 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, makes it the 171st largest by total area in Arkansas.
