It is Oregon's 39th largest by population . It is spread over 3.17 mi˛ (8.21 sq km), of which, 2.92 square miles (7.56 sq km ) of it is land and 0.24 square miles (0.62 sq km) of it is water, it is the 86th largest in terms of geographical size.
