Oak Creek City, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin is a city located in the Midwestern Region (East North Central) of United States. It is home to over 28456 people (2000 census). In July 2008, its estimated population was 33482, making it Wisconsin's 24th largest. The city extends throughout a territory of 28.63 sq mi (74.15 kmē ), of which, 28.62 square miles (74.13 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, it is the 16th largest by area in the U.S. state of Wisconsin.

As of the census of 2000, there were 28456 people in the city, organized into 76 households, and 48 families living in the city. The population density was 994.4 people per square mile (383.94/kmē), making it the 239th most densely populated city in Wisconsin. There were 11897 housing units at an average density of 415.7 per square mile (160.5/kmē). The average household size was 2.52 persons, and the average family size was 3.1 persons.
