Nunapitchuk City, Bethel Census Area, Alaska is a city located in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. In 2000, the population was 466. The July 2008 population estimate is 467, It is 114th most populous in Alaska. The city extends throughout a territory of 8.55 mi˛ (22.14 square kilometre ), of which, 7.86 square miles (20.36 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.69 square miles (1.79 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 97th smallest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.

As of the census of 2000, there were 466 people, 105 households, and 92 families living in the city.
