Numa City, Appanoose County, Iowa is a city located in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. In 2000, the population was 109. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 106, It is the 114th smallest by population in the U.S. state of Iowa. The city has a total area of 0.44 mi˛ (1.14 sq km), giving it the 273rd smallest by total area among Iowa.
