Nulato City is a city in the Yukon-Koyukuk Census Area, Alaska, United States. It is home to over 336 people (2000 census). Its population was estimated at 295 in July 2008, making it the 145th most populous in Alaska. It is spread over 44.78 square miles (115.98 sq km), of which, 42.73 square miles (110.67 sq km ) of it is land and 2.04 square miles (5.28 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 123rd largest by total area among Alaska.

The population density was 7.9 people per square mile (3.05/kmē), it is 215th most densely populated city in Alaska.
