Novinger City is a city located in Adair County, Missouri, in the Midwestern Region (West North Central) of United States. As of 2000 the population was 534. The July 2008 population estimate is 526, making it the 477th most populous in Missouri. The city spans an area of 0.82 sq mi (2.12 sq km), of which, 0.81 square miles (2.1 sq km) of it is land and 0.02 square miles (0.05 sq km) of it is water, giving it the 469th largest by total area among Missouri.
