Northwest Ithaca Cdp is a census designated place in the Tompkins County, New York, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 1115 inhabitants. It is the 278th smallest by population in the U.S. state of New York. Its area is just over 3.58 square miles (9.27 square kilometre), of which, 2.94 square miles (7.61 square kilometre) of it is land and 0.64 square miles (1.66 square kilometre) of it is water, making it New York's 314th largest by total area.
