Northway Cdp is a census designated place located in Southeast Fairbanks Census Area, Alaska, in the Western Region (Pacific) of United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 95 inhabitants. It is Alaska's 91st smallest by population . Its area is just over 20.94 sq mi (54.23 square kilometre), of which, 19.17 square miles (49.65 square kilometre) of it is land and 1.77 square miles (4.58 square kilometre) of it is water, it is the 187th largest by area in the U.S. state of Alaska.
