Northville City is a United States city located in the Oakland and Wayne counties, Michigan, United States. In 2000, the population was 6459. The city's estimated population as of July 2008 was 5996, It is the 160th largest in terms of population. The city has a total area of 2.01 square miles (5.21 kmē), of which, 1.99 square miles (5.15 kmē) of it is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 kmē) of it is water, giving it the 324th largest by total area among Michigan.
