Northfork Town, West Virginia is a town of the McDowell County, West Virginia, United States. As per the 2000 census, town has a population of 519 inhabitants. As of July 2008, the population was estimated at 420, making it West Virginia's 74th smallest. It has total area of 0.97 sq mi (2.51 sq km), it is the 145th largest by area in the U.S. state of West Virginia.
