Northfield Village is a United States city located in the Washington County, Vermont, United States. According to the 2000 census it had a population of 3208 inhabitants. Its population in July 2008 was estimated to be about 3124, It is the 16th most populous in the U.S. state of Vermont. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.45 sq mi (3.76 kmē), making it Vermont's 39th largest by total area.

The population density was 2215.5 people per square mile (855.41/kmē), it would be the ninth most densely populated city in the U.S. state of Vermont.
